All spring courses should be available at the end of the day on Dec 19th. Be advised that enrollments may not be reflective of ScotWeb and as such you may want to refrain from e-mailing your classes until enrollments are synchronized at the beginning of the semester. Our goal was to have all of your courses created so that you can begin to organize your content.
On Dec 16th your current courses will be moved to an archive folder, which will be listed under “Archived Courses” in a folder called “Fall 2009”. Your spring 2010 courses will be in the “Auto Created” folder once they are available. If you encounter any difficulties you may contact the Help Desk or send an e-mail to instructionaltechnology@wooster.edu.
In the first few weeks of the spring semester we will release the woodle usage report for the fall 2009 semester.
